Magpie Terms of Use

By using Magpie you agree to these terms.

The service

Magpie is a shared calendar app. Your content stays yours: you grant us no rights over it beyond what is needed to store and sync it through your iCloud account.

Magpie Plus subscriptions

Magpie Plus is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, it will renew and you will be charged.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does NOT cancel a subscription.
• When a subscription lapses you keep all your data; Plus features simply lock again.

Refunds

All billing is handled by Apple, and refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not offer refunds for duplicate subscriptions purchased on different devices or accounts. Check your existing subscription (and use Restore Purchases) before buying.

Acceptable use

Use of Magpie is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend sharing features for accounts that break it.

No warranty

Magpie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
